Tom Hinton is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Carriage Publishing Company, which was established in 1971. Blue Carriage was based in Washington, D.C. for 15 years before relocating its headquarters to San Diego, CA in 1987.
As a professional speaker and business author, Tom is the author of The Spirit of Service and Leadership Lessons I Learned on the Links: 72 Ways to Par the Course of Business and Life. He is the co-author of Customer-Focused Quality: What to Do on Monday Morning. His book, 10,000 Days: The Rest of Your Life, the Best of Your Life, won the 2012 eLit Award. Tom is a frequent speaker on several topics including: Creating a Culture of Excellence in the Workplace, Life Balance, Employee Engagement and Personal Growth.
Since 1988, he has addressed over 1,100 major corporate, association, and government audiences in the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, China, Australia, New Zealand, Malta, Italy, Mexico, Ireland, Spain, France, Portugal, England, and Scotland.
Tom also serves as the president and CEO of CRI Global, LLC, an international company that provides association management, destination research and meeting services to clients around the world.
Tom is a native of Washington, D.C. and was raised in Chevy Chase, Maryland. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and completed the Fundraising Management graduate program at the University of San Diego. He resides near San Diego, CA.
Nita Robinson is in the Prospect, Kentucky office.
Nita has been a professional proofreader and copy editor for over 25 years, has designed both print and ebooks for over 9 years, and has been providing marketing services for authors and small businesses for nearly 20 years.
Nita is also the President of Nita Helping Hand?, which she started in 2002, providing services for authors and small businesses all around the world. She recently won the Business Person of the Year from the Rotary Club of Prospect-Goshen, and in 2016, the Best of Prospect award for Business Services from the Prospect Area Chamber of Commerce.
Nita has been in the Louisville, Kentucky area since 1982, an area that she loves. She’s also the very proud Mom of three amazing children who are now all grown and married, as well as the doting Grandmother of 8.
